Out of Stock Policy
In any case when an order is placed and there is out of stock issue may be due to system not updated immediately or other unforeseen reasons, diapersndiapers.com shall make full refund of the out of stock items via cheque to customer who paid via Paypal.
Delivery Policy
We will send you the items within 3-4 working days upon receiving your order by our delivery team.
Note: Orders received before 12 noon will be processed and delivered within 3 working days whereas orders received after 12 noon will be within 4 working days.
We provide low delivery rate of $20 regardless of any amount ordered online and free-of-charge for self-collection.

Self Collection Policy
For self-collection, customer will receive a collection confirmation via email/sms for your order and the order shall be collected within 28 days of receiving collection confirmation. Collection venue @ Blk 1002 Jalan Bukit Merah #03-07 Singapore 159456 and collection time from Mon – Sat between 10am – 1pm.
Kindly notify us your intended date and time of collection via email to store@diapersndiapers.com and present us the collection confirmation printout or softcopy via mobile devices when collecting your order.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Customer and diapersndiapers.com agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
